![]() I'd like to email customers after they make a purchase to encourage them to leave a review on the product they bought.
1 - Is there a user review module that allows this? What about this: http://www.bcsengineering.com/store/catalog/Customer_Review_Management_for_Xcart-p-94.html 2 - Is this spam? What guidelines should we observe to avoid spamming?

![]() The problem with sending it with the confirm email is that in almost every case, the user hasn't received the product, so it is unlikely they'll leave a review.
I would imagine this would recall some scheduled service at the DBMS level... Any input would be valuable.
