since every upgrade pack is different, it's hard to call one report a "problem".

I did not have any upgrade issues. But then, I did not want to modify ANY tpl files for any reason... so I ignored the 6 files mentioned (actually, I loked at the new versions vs. mine and decided not to touch them).

This is where some experience with the code is invaluable.

The few users that have reported ugrade issues have never done this before.

None of those files were upgraded in 4.1.8 so it's nothing to worry about.

I got this message when I was trying to print a shipping label by USPS.

API Authorization failure. User XXXXXX is not authorized to use API DeliveryConfirmationV3.

How can I fix it? What a need to do?

You need to contact USPS and have their team update your account to API V3 status.

Here is their email:

Include your user number XXXX in the email you send them.

Has any one had a problem with xcart not quoting the right shipping cost. I am having a problem where xcart is processing the orders without shipping charges at all.
