That fixed it. Thanks.

Bill, could you fix the instructions please?
1) the folders skin_files don't match the skin/common_files, layout and instructions.
2) the above admin/menu_box.tpl vs single/menu_box.tpl
3) note any differences between Gold and Pro installations.
