Default Invoice template
Once a customer places an order there is an invoice page. I need to change the width, font color, etc. Where is this template?

it is skin1/customer/main/order_message.tpl

from where you will call 2/3 tpl files.

the correct file is

skin1/mail/html/order_invoice.tpl.

The actual invoice is skin1/mail/html/order_invoice.tpl
