How do I add my own Logo and remove X-Cart at the top of the pages?

Also X-cart uses a different size, how do I set the size i need?

I uploaded a test logo to /skins/ and renamed my file to /xlogo.gif and the image was distorted where is the section that sets size something like ( .gif" width="50" height="50">) X-cart size looks to be 244X67 pix.

Also, I went in and changed my skin color it changed the logo back to X-Cart again....

For customer side:

it is head.tpl file

For admin side:

it is head_admin.tpl file
