This may have been answered before.

Several of our store items offer personalisation, as a result we'd like the customer to enter the text they want on the product page of the item that can be personalised - Is this possible or does a mod exist?

I know an additional info text box is available at the end of checkout however we want to do away with this as a customers can often request alternate shipping addressed (we only ship to billing due the nature of our products).

Just use a product option with a text box Under 'Option type' select 'text field'
