Default Eliminate newsletter checkbox - end of check out in 3.5 ?
I'd like to eliminate the newsletter checkbox at the bottom of the checkout form in 3.5.

I've already edited my text there using webmaster mode but I can't delete the checkbox this way.

Which template do I need to find this on ?
