Default Debug Console
I enable Debug Console within the administation view, but then when I go to the customer side of the store, no debug console opens. However the code for the Debug Console is generated if you view the Page Source code.

Default Debug Console doesn't show, but page source shows script
I'm having the same problem. Anyone have any ideas?

I thought it might be due to the browser blocking popups, but I set my browser to allow popups and there was no change.

Using x-cart-3.5.14gold on Mandrake Linux 10.1

Default Problem is Norton Internet Security
When I disabled Norton Internet Security on my client, the debug console came right up,
