You'll see that there is that annoying orange box. I don't want the title, the graphic, nothing there...I want just plain white nothinginess, for lack of a better term

I've gone through every template and just can't find the one that needs tweaking.

you will find it in, customer/product.tpl

What am I looking for there? I'd already been through that file and was unable to locate anything that was what I was looking for.

what you are seeing is the dialog box from skin1/dialog.tpl . All center content gets thrown into this dialog box. You can either edit the template, or you can edit the CSS. It might be easier to edit the CSS.

Look for DialogBox and DialogTitle in your CSS.
