Hi, I am wondering if there is any way to use labels instead of texts on custom pages, product descriptions. attributes, etc., so that one can easily make multilingual store? The knowledge base contains a page explaining how to add a new label, so there should be a way to call new labels, where no label is currently used.

Update to the latest version. It supports by default.

You can add multilingual content to all the required fields

Unfortunately I am stuck with the current version of X-cart (please see https://forum.x-cart.com/showthread.php?t=76929 ). I also have managed to install 5.4 beta to play around, but unfortunately there is no translation modules released for that version either. Any other solution?

OK, so I made a new install of the latest version (5.3.6) with French translation module, but I don't seem to be able to

• put a label instead of text for Attributes, Product Name, Category Name etc etc etc...
• put labels inside Description of the products

etc.etc... So, my question: how do I put labels in these places instead of text?

You don't need to put a label, just change the language of the admin area to add translations to the fields
