Hello,


I will try my best to explain this problem.


In Product management after creating a new product, on the same where it said Product URL: with the link of the product you just created.

Whenever I click it, it takes me to (The webpage cannot be found)
This is what the link said in Product management https://www.mywebsite.com/shop/Be-Wicked-French-Angel/

Now on the customer end this is the url http://www.mywebsite.com/shop/product.php?productid=18775&cat=374&page=1

It was working a few days ago. I did just add a new skin, I don't know if that's the problem?

Any help on how to fix this?

Think its the same for 4.4.x anyway its General Settings then SEO on the right hand side.

I see it and the only thing it talk about is usage of clean URLs.

I don't see where I can enable the SEO.

Anyone, can help me out with this one?

The first check box further down the page enables Clean URLS. Make sure that is ticked and also copy the piece of code above that and place it in your .htaccess file. That will turn clean urls on.
