Default Deleting extra skins
Can I just delete the extra skin folders or is there more to removing all the spare files than that? I know I need to keep the common_files folder....

YOu can delete them if not in use but if you do an upgrades or patches they will complain about files not found - then you have modify the upgrade or patch not to look for these files. There is no benefit of deleting these skins - the disk space you will free is close to 0 ....
