upgraded from 4.4.5 to 5.2

Default upgraded from 4.4.5 to 5.2
All went well bar one issue the pop up for the cart has a bug and wont by the look's of thing initialise shows an error but still fills cart but no pop up...

Any clues...

You have internal server error on "add to cart" popup. It could be permission issue. Check the log files for errors

I'll check it but some testing has found that the old config table has something not right. If I use a default config table and add replace the existing config it works fine.
