Set default selected shipping method

Default Set default selected shipping method
Hi,
I am trying to set fedex home delivery as the default selected shipping method in the checkout page right now it is set to local pickup as default. I have set the fedex pos to 0 and all others to a higher number.

I am not sure how to do this. Any help would be appreciated thanks. I am fairly savy but please explain Thank you!!

Is it appearing first but not selected? If that's the case try clearing your cart and starting over. Your cart may have saved the old default shipping method.

I recommend upgrading from 4.4.2 to a more recent version.
