1) Will it work with old version 4.1.x ?
2) Also it's possible to use custom text on ribbon ?

PRE-ORDER

and

DOWNLOAD

- also, does it work best with a specific thumbnail image size?

That feature has been added.

I am adding PRE-ORDER and DOWNLOAD messages also.

It works with any thumbnail size.
