When the program sends an email, where is the value for the email's 'Subject' set? For example, when a provider registers, the 'Subject' of the email is (store name): Vendor Sign-in Notification
I looked through the language entries and couldn't find a string with this value. Does anyone know where this is set?

Subject is set in the php scripts and is a template file in skin/common_files/mail/(html) - you can easily tell which templates by the names
