I'm liking the new editor in the admin section of 4.4.2 -

However!

Is it still recommended to use my FTP programme instead?


The reason I ask is that if I try to modify the template twice, in the admin area, it will not remember the changes I make on the second edit. It then redirects me to the folder & template listing! I have to go back every time to re-edit!

It saves time, using Webmaster Mode to click straight to what you want - It's great! But then I seem to spend more time working out if it's done what I want it to!

I would never recommend using the built-in template editor.
