Im running X-Cart Gold 4.4.0. I cant seem to find an upgrade pack to move up from here.

Go to My Licenses
Select get upgrade pack
select upgrade pack for version
Then click Get Upgrade

Just a heads-up.

I'm not sure what the problem is with my upgrade to 4.4.2. So far the functionality works well, but just this evening tested the Checkout process and 4.4.2 seems to have broken the skin I am using.

I am using the "Apple Look" skin from 7dana.com. Shall I go back to them and work out a fix? Both the Fast Lane Checkout (the 4-step tabs at the top are displaying in a list, hinting at a css issue) and the One-Page Checkout (just completely lost all of its box formatting) are foo-barred.

The default 3-columns template works like normal, though.

Too bad I made tons of product/category changes since making my 4.4.1 backup.

If anyone has any insight, let me know. You can look/evaluate for yourself. The front-page is closed, but you can use the current shopkey. https://www.young-musicians.com/?shopkey=ym. The site is still in test-mode, so you can go through the whole checkout process.

It's not loading css classes - they don't exist, or the css file is not included or this also can be if you are using the css speed up tool for xcart (in admin/general settings, try to turn it off and see if it fixes the problem)

I double-checked and the speed-up tools are not enabled (and never have been). Thanks for that suggestion.

Any other suggestions or route I should go? I don't know if this is a problem with the skin or 4.4.2 yet.

OK - I did some digging with Firebug (I'm still a newbie at all of this, I'm a database guru....) and found the source of the problem, but I do not know how to go about fixing it.

On my 4.4.2 upgrade, the checkout pages uses "altskin.css" at /skin/apple_look/css/altskin.css

On my 4.4.1 website (only a week old), the skin uses "main.css" at /skin/common_files/modules/Fast_Lane_Checkout/main.css

I've verified that the main.css *is* present on the 4.4.2 website. I just do not understand yet why it is calling altskin.css instead.

Hopefully someone can help me figure out where the .css gets called from to figure out root cause. Maybe it is 4.4.2, maybe not.

Question: Why the lines from 14 to 88 are missing? A very big empty space in the source code. This is not normal even there is or not activated an option.

Please note I also reported it in Bugtracker. I have the same symptoms on a fresh install of X-Cart v4.4.2 on my localhost.

Empty space in the html code doesn't matter. You can have 1 or 1000 empty lines - the browser just ignores them
