Need my NavBar on Lefthand Side to include Subheadings with products under each

Default Need my navbar to include Images with products under each
We have a list of products on the navbar, but we need to seperate these by an Image. i.e Let's say the Image says NFL and under that image would be our list of products we carry for the NFL and than under that would be an Image that says MLB and under that would be the list of products we carry for the MLB, etc.. is this possible. Right now we just have our links on the left hand side, but need the NFL / MLB seperated so it's more user friendly. Where and how do we set this up.
