turn on the bestsellers module, then you need to set it to display on the homepage, check the manual for your version as I could be wrong on 4.4

If you turn on the Bestsellers module you have to turn on Advance Statistics module as well (bestsellers depends on it) which is not very good as AS module will slow down your cart and db gets huge. You can do this

how can choose the products as we can do to choose featured products from admin panel?

You can't choose bestsellers, they are generated based on sales.

i meant i want to set up another block, just as featured products, we can call the new block any other names, say discout procucts, cheap products.

Just use the featured products module and rename the title whatever you want.
