Default Enabling Ajax Mini-Cart
How do I enable the Ajax Mini-Cart? I am working on a test site using 4.3 and I want to use that feature.

Go to admin->General settings->General Options->Ajax Options(at the bottom)->Update mini-cart in background on products list and product details pages(enable it).
