BCSE Upsell Ordering for X-cart Encrypted?

I know I can ask BCSE, but it will be a while before they can answer due to the time difference, so can anyone here tell me if any of their Upsell Ordering for X-cart mod is encrypted?

It is most likely that it is encrypted just like all of their addon modules are.
