ok so I was messing around in webmaster mode and i deleted some html from the main page and everything shifted up towards the top of the page. I dont know what I did here is the website addy. www.organicsafeshoppes.com

If you know which file or Template you were working on restore it from the original it would mean that if you have any custom content you had and would have to redo it but that's why you should have a Change Log which makes things easier.
