how to display banners at front end in my X-cart

Depends where you want them exactly - you could modify a template and add one manually.
BCSE have a mod that people find helpful for this - you can read about it here

Yes, the module is $99.95 plus installation.

If you want to do it manually - your best bet would be to use Webmaster mode from admin.
This will tell you which template is being used where you want to add the banner, then you can edit it and drop your code in.

If you want FREE solution then you can try http://www.openx.org/ad-server

After uploading banners you just need to insert the code in welcome.tpl file

You need to insert code after {$lng.txt_welcome} in welcome.tpl.

You can get your banner code after creating the banner & login to your account at http://www.openx.org/ad-server
