Is there a way to show "how many" ratings a product has?

Question Is there a way to show "how many" ratings a product has?
I would like to display something next to the rating area on a product that says something like: This product has been rated by 5 customers

I couldn't seem to find an option in X-Cart for this.....is there one? And if not would this be possible?
