Default WYSIWYG interface
Is there a responsible easy WYSIWYG interface or program that can be used to adjust minor thing on a site. I have dreamweaver although I can't seem to get any sort of visual just code I'm ok with code but need to assistance of a WYSIWYG interface.

Afraid not - WYSIWYG can only be used on the text variables and descriptions. If you want to edit the templates, you kind of need to know Smarty/html/css. What exactly are you trying to edit?
