That's the breadcrumb, you don't want to remove that either I'd modify it to have a 'home' link in it though so it reads home >3mm. It is in location.tpl. A few posts here in the forums of how to modify that I believe.

Can anybody says from where we can change category/sub-category text font color?In which .css file we can change this?

This is just a guess but do you have "3mm LEDs" as the "description" for the 3mm LEDs category? The category description is an area where you can add text explaining why "you have the best 3mm LEDs on the planet, and only a fool would not buy them from you"

It depends on what text you are referring to. Look in skin1/customer/categories.tpl and/or skin1/customer/main/subcategories.tpl and find the text you want to change the color of. Then look at the "class" of that text and find the class in skin1.css.
