Default Speed Bars
How can I bring down my speed bars? And change the color to white and make the box's smeller?

Edit head.tpl and top_menu.tpl and change the css classes for the tabs, as well as the images.

Well, first you need to open up the templates and see how they formatted. It is basic html (Tables) so you should be able to move things around to where you want them. The images you will see called in the tab template. Download them via ftp (or right click and save) and re-create the look you want. Re-upload via FTP and adjust the css classes to match.
