i even used this

font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
font-size: 9px;
background-color: 006AB4;
}

after 3 hours, I found a solution

<select style="font-size:10px;color:#006699;font-family:verdana;background-color:#ffffff;" name="menu">
