Default Javascript Menu wont work in the HEAD. Please Help !! URGENT

Hi Guys,

i have an urgent problem. One of my customers want use a java script menu (DHTML) , the same menu which will used on www.hollywoodvideo.com
(This dark purple menu.)

So i put that code as following:

<SCRIPT language=JavaScript src="http://images.customerdomain.xx/kc_hideDiv.js" type=text/javascript>
</SCRIPT>
(there are 5 codes from this above)

so i created the head, placed the codes and sent it online. Nope, the Menu will not show up and no Error message from X-Cart.
Than i added before and after the {literal} code bit, but nothing.

Can somebody help me, how i get X-Cart to display that menu. Or did i miss anything?

Its really urgent !!!

Saskia

Try placing the script in the same directory as head.tpl then using the relative path for src, example --> src="../skin1/kc_hideDiv.js".

HTH

Thanks for your Answer Glen !! I tried, but the menu will not show up
If i put the whole html code into a normal html page and upload that file. I see in my browser the menu working. But not if i place it into the cart

I could be wrong as I don't understand the actual function of it, but try putting {literal} <load JS stuff> {/literal} in there.

Post or PM the script(everything, including whatever needs to between the <head> tags) and I'll see what I can figure out. Also what version of the cart are you using? That way I can test it in the same version.

Regards,

Glen
