can anybody help me to create a new category tree. Maybe this is very easy for everybody and that's not a smart question but i really need help!!!!!!

here it is in the original skin we have only 1 menu vertical bar named categories.... well i need to add another one menu exactly like that.... in the left side you can see my original categories menu with de name "alquiler" with categories and subcategories. I need to add another one exactly like this who name will be "venta" but with his own properties to add products, modify etc....
