![]() I am trying to determine what code tells x-cart to display the main site template, and when not to.
For instance, the main page, categories, gift cert, search etc all show my regular sideboxes and site content. The shopping cart and check out seem to cut off those side columns, but I can't isolate the code or process which controls this. Can anyone explain this to me?

![]() if you have activated module "Fast Lane Checkout", then used template
"skin1/modules/Fast_Lane_Checkout/home.tpl" |

![]() I do have that module active, and what I see during the check out process is the sideboxes are gone.
I would like to know what code controls the display of the side boxes so that I can choose what pages they are shown on.

![]() Fast lane uses its own set of templates, which are in the modules/fast-lane-checkout folder. FYI, removing the side columns is by design - you don't want any distractions to the customer. See how amazon.com does it...once they are in the checkout process you want them to focus solely on getting out that credit card

![]() The current version of our store (running Zen-Cart) also does this, and I agree it has to be focused on closing the sale...we're no strangers to selling.
![]() What I do want is absolute control over what is displayed. If I wanted to include a template into the cart page or checkout process which files should I be inserting the include statement into?

![]() As I mentioned above, the files are in the modules/fast_lane_checkout
