![]() I was attempting to purchase AlteredCart's 'one page checkout' and this warning message appeared (pictured below):
http://www.supergu.com/_alteredcart-error.gif I didn't change, nor did I enter, any registration information. I cleared my cache, closed my browser (Firefox 2.0.0.14) and tried again, but the same warning message appeared. I can click on the 'reload cart totals' and that seems to fix the problem, but I'm reluctant to purchase the program if it is buggy. Is there a fix for what I perceive as a problem? Or is this normal?

![]() Msg response from Bill to me via email:
This is normal behavior. Since alteredCart doesn't have shipping, this button is there to make sure the cart totals are calculated with any taxes when the customer enters their address. I know the '!' makes it look like an error, but it isn't. This isn't displayed if you charge shipping, since there is a load shipping button, or if you use the option to automatically load shipping when the customer enters their address. Bill
