I have made a bad error-- I commented out some code because I wanted to remove dingbats--

now I can't even get back in to try and undo!

below is the error message I get with the explaination-- would someone be kind enough to tell me how to fix this? PLEASE!



Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ELSE in /homepages/25/d240317088/htdocs/var/templates_c/%%8C^8CA^8CA044D0%%menu.tpl.php on line 18

Open up your site in FTP - either re-upload a fresh copy of menu.tpl, or undo the changes you made that broke it.

Thanks balinor! I was up all night (told you I was a newbie) trying to do this. Finally got rid of another client and tried your rec. CuteFTP and it worked! The hardest part was trying to figure out what was my user name and my passwd-- sooo easy once I got past that part!

thanks again for telling me (again!) to use FTP!
