![]() Hi,
I'm having a problem with customising. The Featured Products title and the Featured Products have a gap between them. When I surround it with a border the border has a gap at the same place. I thought it might be because of placement for a module, etc. It also appears on the shopping cart in the same place. My knowledge of Smarty is very little. I thought it might be the Welcome.tpl template but I marked out the code in home.tpl and it doesn't seem to make a difference. The problem only occurs in IE6 and IE7 but doesn't appear in Firefox 2. I'm guessing it might be a margin/padding issue.Any input would be appreciated.

![]() Hi Yurij,
It's currently a bit of a mess as I'm still working on it. As I said it's only in IE but in Firefox it's fine. You can see how it's pushing everything down and creating a gap in the attachment below. regards, Conrad

This is not the only error. I am in the "FF", "IE" and "Opera" all terribly off (without images). Unfortunately, I did not know very well DIV-coding. Can only to use more Table, in the places where difficulties arise. |

![]() Admittedly it's a bit difficult changing everything over to tableless CSS design, but I don't use tables as they're too messy. I'm only really concerned with the problem that I've described as everything else I'm currently working on. I disabled the link and shutdown the HTTP port but I've posted an attachment in my original request. Any help you can give me would be appreciated.
Regards, Conrad

![]() It appears from that screenshot it is a 100% layout yet you have a horizontal scrollbar at the bottom. So it looks to be where the border has over exceeded the main table's width and gone down past the left column (as it is the last/lowest item on the page).
Without looking at the code it could be a combination of things from a mixture of pixels/percents or a mixture of margins/paddings/borders. IE is most likely to be upset by margins but you never know with IE.

![]() Hi Kube,
Thanks for replying. You know what it could be as simple as that! Thanks I will have a look and get back to you. I've been tearing this thing apart and trying to build it from the ground up again without tables. I'll post as soon as I figure it out. Many thanks. ![]()

![]() Hi kube,
Thanks for your help I managed to solve the problem it was the width of the contents area that was causing it. Of course I've fixed one thing and realised a few other things were in need of repair. I'll post my ongoing saga as it occurs. Thanks for your help guys. ![]()
