Default Dialog Box Color Change
I have been trying to change the color of the fine line that goes around the dialog box in the center of the page, ie: featured products, ect

I believe this is controlled in the skin1/skin1.css. dialogbox.

I have made changes to these file with no luck in changing the color of the line.

What file exactly do I change to alter the color if the line.
