on nearly all of my pages my template looks like this:

but on the check out page it looks like this:

http://northidahoflix.com/images/bad.jpg

can anyone help me fix this issue??

turn off the fastlane checkout module.
it supposed to just show the cart to make the checkout easier for the customer
