Please anyone knows how to edit the Return Slip?

Question Please anyone knows how to edit the Return Slip?
I would like to change the return slip to the way i want, it breaks the address lines in a way it gets difficult and maybe wrong!

How i can get to that template?

also the email which is sent to the client just says print it, but i would like again add some more lines to explain better. where i can access these templates?

Please help...

Return slip? Do you mean something specific to RMA? All of the e-mail templates are in the skin1/mail/html folder.

RMA's return slip leaves alot to be desired!
