In the event that a store manager is on holiday I need to:

- Add a message to the order confirmation page to say "You can place an order, but we're away on holiday & your order won't be processed til dd/mm/yyy"

- Add this message to the order confirmation email

Which templates do I edit to do this?

Or is there a better way?

/skin1/customer/main/order_message.tpl

- Add this message to the order confirmation email

/skin1/mail/order_customer.tpl (for text emails)
/skin1/mail/html/order_customer.tpl (for html emails)
