Default Items won't add to cart
After re-doing my product pages, something happened to where items do not add to cart. Cannot seem to figure it out:

The product page:
http://thehomeloft.com/basket/product.php?productid=16226&cat=250&page=1

Anyone see what's going on with this?

Oh, and FYI, the user is re-directed to the cart, but it is empty

Don't suppose you have a backup of the product page template? it is very easy to break that page if you are not careful...
