Hi,

could anyone tell me which .tpl files contains the creationg of the contact us form under Help on the left bottom pane and the Home, Shopping Cart, and Contact us tabs on the upper right hand corner of the page.

Please see the tip I left you in your last post...Webmaster Mode will be the best thing you can learn in this software and will keep you from having to ask 'which template contains...' questions all the time

I was trying to delete some labels and textfields, can the webmaster mode let me do that?

You can edit text on the fly, and yes, you can delete it as well. Manual describes Webmaster Mode pretty well:
