I am generating a LINKS page and would like to know how to add images please.

My old site used to have this tag:
<a href="http://www.cioccolatina.co.uk" target="_blank">
<img border="0" src="ciol_soap4.gif" width="468" height="60" alt="Home to a fine range of pure handmade and natural toiletries"></a>

How do I change the above in x-cart.
