Default In Webmaster Mode ... not seeing my changes
I've noticed that I can't actually edit most labeled areas in Webmaster Mode. I can open, it and edit it, but the change doesn't take to the pages. The only way I can make changes to labels, etc. is through admin/languages/ the selected label.

Is this normal? I should be able to edit labels in place right?

Yes, you should be able to. Could be a bug with your version, as 4.1.3 was extremely buggy. Check the changelogs in the News forum to see if it was indeed a bug and if it was fixed in later versions.
