Separate Wholesale & Retail registration form

I am looking for the same answer too. Is there anyone who can tell how me to create another registration form for wholesale only?

Currently, I have a sign up form using a php script at:

http://www.chiactivate.com/signups/wholesalesignup.shtml

This is not a X-cart form. I like to replace this form with the X-cart registration form
I need a X-cart separate registration form for only wholesalers.
