I'm looking for a way to create a printable order form that someone can download in PDF form. I have a customer with a lot of older customers and they won't go through the checkout process. I want them to be able to get a pdf right off the homepage that has all the products that they can print, fill out, and mail with a check. The store's products change often, so doing this statically doesn't work.

Your best bet for something like this is to create it off-line.
