Okay, Last question of the night, I promise.

Currently my company does not have a phone number and so I want to delete this field from coming up in emails back to the customer (i.e. invoices and so on). I have deleted the phone number field from the signature.tpl file but it still appears. I do not have a phone number entered in the general settings areas, so right now the invoices show a phone number field but with nothing next to it. How do I get rid of the field all together?

You need to delete it from each template it appears in. You sure you got the right signature file? skin1/mail/html/signature.tpl? The invoice template is skin1/mail/html/order_invoice.tpl.

I did a search through invoice.tpl and could not find a reference to Company Phone as it did in the signature.tpl. Did you happen to know where within the invoice file I could find the reference?

Hello All,

I was hoping to see if someone could still help me with this. Unfortunately the phone number field is still showing up in the emailed order invoices and all other emails send automatically by the site. Here is what the signature.ppl looks like

In each email file, it just references the signature file, so I am not sure how to alter it to get rid of it.

As I mentioned above, make sure you have the right signature file. That looks like mail/signature.tpl, not mail/html/signature.tpl
