Guys how do I setup x-cart to sell services? I sell product and services. I do not want to add the service as a product because it will display it under the categories list and I do not want it there. I want to create a separate section for my services. Please help if you can. Thanks in advance.

Services are just like products. If you want to hide the category from the list, make it hidden and create a hard-coded link to it wherever you want it to show up.

How do I setup a hard link for a product that includes the add to cart button and options if I want it on a separate page?

Just copy the link to the product from the category page.

Ok thanks got it, hey how do I stop the cart from showing the shopping cart when I add a product. I would like it to remain on the same page. Thanks
