Hi guys,

I've checked whole forum about an application that i mentioned above. I could not find any. So Is there any mod that can add a custom email form to order detail page for customer. So if the order get failed, we have a chance to contact with customer at this moment. we can do this getting email address from the customer details and send email using by another program or something, but that is going to make the progress much slower.

I hope I could explain.
