How do I insert a link from static page to Terms and Conditions please

Arrow How do I insert a link from static page to Terms and Conditions please
Hello and seasons greeting,

I have several embedded static pages in the Help menu. I can link from and to these pages. However, I am having trouble linking from any of these static pages to the Terms & Conditions.

Searched all over and can't find relevant info. Would some kind person help me out here?

Just add this to the static page:
