![]() My customer tried to edit his shipping options a week or two ago, he only edits the easy stuff and doesn't really know how to edit the templates or anything, so I figure this can be fixed easily, but now, under most of the items, his drop down box to choose shipping method is gone. He doesn't remember exactly what he has done, but the items still have their weight, the methods are still checked to be used in the admin area. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

![]() He did not touch the templates, its version 3.3, I think, the web address is www.pfgpromotionals.com. Just register and then you can add things to cart and you'll see the missing shipping on some, and the others have shipping. Very mind boggling to my rookie talents.

My recommendations would be to check on his site: 1) if any shipping options are set as National instead of International. 2) For orders missing shipping, if the customer's country matches the site's store location. 3) If he have changed anything at all regarding shipping, in the General Options, espescially if this one is checked OFF ---> "When customer is not logged in, presume that he is from default country." These are the normal causes of why shipping fails to appear. Will check back in a day to see how you're doing, good luck!

![]() Well, I tried all of those and nothing seemed to help, some items have shipping, some don't. The customer said the only thing he did was change the shipping to a percentage of the total from a flat rate. Most of my shipping options are national instead of international, but UPS ground was not an option for international, etc.
